February 5–7, 2026 at the Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles, CA.
By completing checkout, Sponsor agrees to the following terms with Orthopreneurs, LLC (“Organizer”).
1. Payment
Sponsorship fee: $9,000.
A minimum deposit of $1,800 is required to secure sponsorship and exhibit space.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than January 15, 2026 (three weeks prior to the event).
Attendee list and exhibit access will not be provided until payment is received in full.
All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
2. Exhibit Space & Logistics
Exhibitors will receive assigned space as determined by Orthopreneurs.
Specific location requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Setup and breakdown times will be communicated in advance. Exhibitors may dismantle or vacate their space prior to the official close of the event if desired.
3. Use of Logos & Materials
Sponsor grants Orthopreneurs a limited license to use sponsor’s name, logo, and trademarks in connection with event marketing, signage, and communications.
Orthopreneurs will provide deadlines for submission of logos, artwork, and materials.
Failure to meet deadlines may result in omission from certain marketing channels without refund.
4. Conduct & Compliance
Exhibitors must comply with all event venue rules, local regulations, and instructions from Orthopreneurs staff.
Sponsor’s display must be professional in appearance and may not interfere with other exhibitors or event programming.
5. Confidentiality of Attendee Information
Orthopreneurs will provide Sponsor with a spreadsheet of registered attendees for networking purposes only.
Sponsor agrees that this list is confidential and may not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than direct communication with event attendees.
Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of this agreement and exclusion from future events.
6. Indemnification
Sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orthopreneurs, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to Sponsor’s participation in the event, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or violation of laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orthopreneurs’ total liability under this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the sponsorship fee actually paid by Sponsor.
In no event shall Orthopreneurs be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
8. Force Majeure
Orthopreneurs shall not be held responsible for failure to hold the event or perform obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue unavailability. In such cases, Orthopreneurs will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt the event, but no refunds will be issued.
9. Governing Law & Venue
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
10. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior discussions. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Acceptance
